Otieno Owino is a Kenyan editor, journalist, and literary facilitator. He worked as an assistant editor at Kwani Trust and on Safe House: Explorations in Creative Nonfiction, the Commonwealth Writers anthology edited by Ellah Wakatama Allfrey. He has facilitated workshops for the African Writers Trust and served as a facilitator at the 2025 Caine Prize for African Writing Writers' Workshop in Zanzibar.
